Crane Concealment LLC stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Crane Concealment holsters. We warrant that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will—at our discretion—repair the holster or replace it with a model of equal or greater value at no charge to you.

This warranty is strictly limited to the structural integrity and functional performance of the holster. It does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, scuffs, fading of finishes, or the natural softening of materials over time.

• Modifications: Any alterations, "at-home" DIY adjustments, or hardware replacements not performed by Crane Concealment LLC.

• Misuse: Damage resulting from improper drawing techniques, using the holster with a non-compatible firearm, or exposure to extreme temperatures/corrosive chemicals.

• Negligence: Loss, theft, or damage caused by accidents or lack of reasonable maintenance.

Warning: Firearms are inherently dangerous. Crane Concealment LLC is not liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use of this holster. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the holster is compatible with their firearm and to practice safe firearm handling at all times. 

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at CraneConcealment@gmail.com with a description of the defect and your original proof of purchase.

2. Photo Evidence: Provide clear photos of the area of concern.

3. Return Shipping: If a return is required, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facility. Crane Concealment LLC will cover the shipping costs for the repaired/replaced item back to the customer.
